Shipping Points
Impact! Miniatures has distributions centers in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and Cornwall, United Kingdom. These dual shipping points
are to keep our shipping costs low and our shipping times as fast as possible. However because the partners of Impact! have day jobs (until Impact! can
pay all the bills) shipments are normally made on Saturday or Monday after your order but on occassion it will take up to 14 days to ship your order. After
your order ships please allow up to 10 days for delivery inside the USA and UK and 3 weeks for delivery to anywhere else in the world. Please keep the above
in mind for shipping times.
Payment Methods
Impact! Miniatures accepts almost all Credit Cards as payment. We also accept PayPal. Impact! uses a PayPal
Shopping Cart but you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay. This Shopping Cart will accept
credit card payments without you having a PayPal account.
Note on shipping for Impact!
Orders in Pounds Sterling have a flat £3.50 shipping charge, orders receive free shipping if the merchandise total is £50.00 or more.
Orders in US Dollars have a flat $5.00 USD shipping charge, orders receive free shipping if the merchandise total is $75 USD or more.
Orders in Euros have a flat €5 shipping charge, orders receive free shipping if the merchandise total is €60 or more.
Orders in Canadian Dollars have a flat $6.00 CAD shipping charge, orders receive free shipping if the merchandise total is $80 CAD or more.
Orders in Australian Dollars have a flat $9.00 AUD shipping charge, orders receive free shipping if the merchandise total is $90 AUD or more.
Note on buyers in currency OTHER than British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
If you start to add items to your shopping cart before logging in, then the products will be placed in
your shopping cart in British Pounds. If you then login, you wil not be able to add more product because
the shopping cart can only have one currency in it. Update all the parts you added in British Pounds to have
a quantity of 0 and then update the cart. Close all open Internet windows (including the Impact! screen) and
come back to the site to start over. Make sure you login first and then you should be able to add everything
to your cart is in your correct currency.
Note to customers wanting to use a Credit Card instead of their PayPal account
We've tested this. The PayPal shopping baskets checks the credit card you use and the email address you
give when you try to pay. If either of those are registered in PayPal then it forces you to pay with
your PayPal account. So if you really do not want to pay with your PayPal account, you need to just make
up an email address like ( ImpactJoe@joe.com ) and then use a credit card that you do NOT have
registered with an PayPal account. This will allow you to pay with credit card if you already have a
PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, then use your normal email address and credit card
and it will process your order just fine.
